John Intrater is a lead designer at Wheelz (www.wheelz.com), an early stage, venture backed start-up that is introducing a better approach to personal transportation and car ownership. With a background in design, brand strategy, and a passion for innovation, he brings both the technical chops and vision for making Wheelz the best brand possible.  John has a BFA from Syracuse University as well as an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts.

Those who know John can attest that he is a bay area sports fiend, devoted to the Niners, Giants, Warriors and Syracuse. He even named his dog Baron after former Golden State legend Baron Davis.  Besides sports, John loves Lake Tahoe, painting in his studio, burgers from JG Melon and his wife. But not in that order.
